Jenny has invited her friend Rich who is the coauthor of Koji Alchemy, the James Beard nominated book on mold-based fermentation. We have collaborated on an informative session that will empower you with straightforward techniques, so you will leave with a new skill to feed yourself delicious and more nutritionally available food. Of course, we will be incorporating MRH herbs, so the pickles and condiments will be extra special.
